Your skin type: Oily and/or sensitive complexions

Ingredients: The has a combination of vitamin B3 and B5 to clear clogged pores and control the production of excess sebum, ceramides to hydrate and strengthen skin’s protective barrier, and liquorice to calm and soothe inflammation while neutralising free radicals.

Application: As with most of Skin Inc’s My Daily Dose serums, this has a watery, essence-like texture that gets absorbed by skin easily and quickly. You can use it after your toner or softener.

Packaging: The pipette dropper bottle is easy to use and feels hygienic and clean (which is especially important during this time). Another plus, the bottle is made of environmentally sustainable glass and if you drop off your empty bottle at any Skin Inc concept store in Singapore, you’ll be rewarded with $5 rebate.

Efficacy: The first thing we noticed was how hydrating this serum is. It also helped to calm the redness in our complexion after about a week of use. After regular use, our complexion also felt more balanced.

The Verdict: If like us, you love layering multiple serums with different purposes, then this is perfect for you. It’s really lightweight and doesn’t leave any sticky or heavy sensation on skin, while still being extremely moisturising. It’s great for our humid climates and leaves your complexion looking fresh and shine-free.

Our Score: 4/5
